Returns and refunds

If you don't love it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Email support@petalkeeps.shop with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

• Email support@petalkeeps.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
• We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Your rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you.
