Shipping

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you once it ships.

Timing

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.
  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand: usually 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia: usually 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during Black Friday and Christmas. Order early for gifts.

Costs

Shipping is free on orders over US$50 (shown in your own currency at checkout). Below that, standard tracked shipping is a flat fee, also shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and shipping are charged in your local currency.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@petalkeeps.shop and we'll sort it out.
